Gumloop (formerly AgentHub) is a cutting-edge platform that enables users to automate complex workflows end-to-end using AI. With a drag-and-drop builder, modular components, and deep integrations, Gumloop empowers businesses to streamline repetitive tasks with unprecedented speed and flexibility.
Challenge:
As an early-stage product, Gumloop’s entire experience was built around a single main screen—the Hub. While this simplicity was intentional, it introduced several usability challenges:
🚨 Overloaded Interface – The Hub tried to do it all: workflow building, execution monitoring, and integrations. This led to cluttered interactions and a steep learning curve.
❌ Lack of User Guidance – First-time users struggled to structure automations efficiently due to limited onboarding and no workflow templates.
🧩 Fragmented UI & Poor Visual Hierarchy – Modular components were powerful but lacked organization, making it difficult to connect and scale workflows.

On my own initiative, I undertook a strategic product redesign that transformed Gumloop from a single-screen tool into a comprehensive automation platform.
